Power Hour Terms & Conditions

By booking and paying for your Power Hour, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Service
You are paying for a 60-minute video call with me. During the call, I will provide support, help and guidance in one of the following software - Dubsado, MailerLite, Canva, Xero or Wix, using the information you will provide me ahead of the call in the questionnaire. The power hour will be recorded, and a link will be sent to you after the call has ended. Even though I do record every Power Hour using Zoom record, if for any reason Zoom fails to record or you do not click accept record at the start of the Power Hour, I will not be liable for any failure in the recording and will be unable to provide the recording.
Please note: if you are booking a Power Hour for Dubsado, I will be unable to provide full training in workflow building in one hour. If you require training in building workflows, then please get in touch with me at hello@creativeedgevaltd.co.uk
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of booking. You can pay for your Power Hour by debit/credit card, if you wish to pay via Bank Transfer, then please email me to let me know so I can secure the booking for you and check to ensure the payment has reached my bank account.
Rebooking and refunds

Refunds cannot be given for any Power Hour bookings.

If you do not turn up for the booking, you will NOT be entitled to a refund.

Should you need to reschedule the Power Hour, please email me at hello@creativeedgevaltd.co.uk or use the link provided in your reminder and confirmation email. Please ensure that you reschedule no later than 12 hours before your slot. If you reschedule after the 12 hour deadline, then it will be classed as a no-show.

If I need to cancel your Power Hour for reasons beyond my control, i.e. illness or power failure, I will ensure to let you know as soon as possible. I will, of course, reschedule the Power Hour to a time that will suit you.
My obligations
I will deliver my services during the Power Hour call with reasonable care and skill.
Your obligations

To complete the questionnaire and provide all the information I need, 48 hours before the power hour, if the questionnaire is not completed, then I will be forced to reschedule your power hour. If I have to reschedule the power hour for a second time due to the form not being completed, then you will need to pay an extra charge of £40 due to lost earnings on my part.

To send over all questions to me 48 hours before the appointment, this is so that I can make sure we have time to cover every question you have. I would hate for the time to run out before I have covered everything you would like to learn.

To log on to the video call at the agreed time. You will be supplied with joining instructions ahead of the call.

If you are late, the video call will not be extended beyond the pre-arranged finished time.

The video call will be cancelled, and NO refund will be given if you are more than 15 minutes late.

If you are having internet issues or are having problems using the link provided, you need to contact me immediately. Do not leave it until 15 minutes after the arranged start time.

Your personal information
The personal information you supply will be used by me to provide the services required to deliver the power hour. All information will be dealt with in accordance with Creative Edge VA Ltd's Privacy Policy
Confidentiality
I will not share or disclose to any other person any information concerning you or your business that is provided to me during the power hour.
Other

These terms & conditions form the agreement between us. No other person can enforce any of its terms.

Our respective rights under these terms & conditions cannot be assigned or transferred to another person.

Each section of these terms & conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful or cannot be enforced, the remaining sections will remain in full force and effect.

These terms & conditions are governed by English law and are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
