There will NO refund on any of the DIGITAL DOWNLOAD products - All sales are final

In the unlikely event that you are not completely bowled over by the beauty of our amazing Notebooks, and decide that you want to return your goods, that's fine.

Just a few points here:

 

• Personalised goods can only be returned if faulty. We will offer repair or replacement. A full refund would be offered if required.

• If you have simply changed your mind about a non-personalised product, just let me know in writing - email is fine.

• Once the goods are returned to us in PERFECT condition (at your cost), we will issue an exchange or refund of the item cost within 14 days (most likely just a couple of days though).

• If an item is faulty, please advise us in writing - again, email is fine.  We will replace, repair or refund in full within 14 days of the faulty goods being returned.

• We strongly recommend using a 'tracked' service when returning an item so that you have proof of postage and subsequent delivery proof to me.  A refund of exchange will not be considered without proof of postage.

• For the full return address, please email me.  DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE

• NO REFUND WILL BE ABLE TO BE GIVEN IF YOU RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON THIS WEBSITE, SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU CONTACT ME FOR THE FULL RETURN ADDRESS TO START THE RETURN PROCESS.
