You ask the questions, and in just one hour, I’ll walk you through the answers step-by-step, empowering you to take confident action (with a recording provided so you can revisit it whenever needed).

Has someone set up your account for you and now you are completely stuck, unsure how to edit or make changes, I can teach you how to make them changes and advise you on the best steps to take to make your account work for you better.

MailerLite

Would you love to set up a nurture sequence workflow? Or are you struggling to send your first newsletter?

Just one hour with me, you will have your nurture sequence workflow up and running and your first newsletter scheduled.

Canva

Canva is an amazing tool for all business owners. You can use it for so many different things, from designing lead magnets, social media posts, to creating templates to sell.

This is a must-have skill to have.

An hour with me, and I will take you from beginner to pro designer.

Xero

Being a Xero Partner just spending an hour with me will give you the skills to feel confident in keeping your accounts in order yourself. I will show you how to reconcile, invoice, set up recurring invoices and auto reminders. Learning to use Xero will take that dread of managing accounts away and make you fill on top of your business accounts.

Book your session

Questionnaire

Next, a booking confirmation will be sent to you along with a questionnaire. Complete the mini-questionnaire so I can tailor the session to your needs.

Power Hour

We will dive straight into what matters to you. It will be recorded, I will send you a copy of the recording as well as a few tips and bits of advice I think would help you at the end of the session.

The Power Hour will be recorded, and a copy of the recording will be sent to you after the session.

You’ll be chatting with me, Heidi - a friendly tech-obsessed VA who’s also a proud dog mum to Bobby, my resident Zoom assistant.

I love simplifying tech, sharing clever workarounds, and making systems feel easy. You’ll walk away confident, capable, and ready to roll with less stress.

I won't just disappear once the power hour is over, I will follow up with you and help you make the changes we talked about and learnt during the session.
