We all want to save time nowadays and using automated workflows is the best way to achieve this. So I thought I would help you create a simple automation that will save you time.
Using Zapier to create the Dubsado > MailerLite integration is a great way to automate a task that is simple enough for you to do but it can be such a time-sucking task, that's if you remember to do it.
This handy integration will zap your clients' details from Dubsado over to MailerLite automatically so you do not have to remember to do it yourself each time.
1. Triggering Events in Dubsado: Whether it's a new client, lead, or any specified event, Zapier can capture email addresses from Dubsado.
2. Automated Transfer to MailerLite: Once triggered, Zapier efficiently sends these email addresses to MailerLite without manual intervention.

Removing the need for Manual Data Entry: With this simple automation, you won't have to manually remember to export your new leads information from one platform to add it to your email marketing platform, freeing up your time for money-making tasks. This will save you so much time having to log in each time to export and import details.

So how do you set it up well let me show you:
1. Create a Zap: Log in to Zapier, click on "Create a Zap," and select Dubsado as the trigger app.

3. Connect Dubsado Account: Follow the prompts to connect your Dubsado account to Zapier, allowing access to the necessary data.
4. Set up Trigger Fields: Specify the fields you want to trigger the action. For instance, choose the field containing the email addresses.
5. Test Trigger: Perform a test to ensure Zapier is correctly fetching data from Dubsado.
6. Set Up Action: Choose MailerLite as the action app.
7. Select Action Event: Pick an action event in MailerLite, such as "Add/Update Subscriber."
8. Connect MailerLite Account: Connect your MailerLite account to Zapier and grant permission for data transfer.
9. Map Fields: Match the email address field from Dubsado to the corresponding field in MailerLite.
10. Test Action: Perform a test to check if the email addresses are being sent to MailerLite accurately.
11. Turn on Zap: Once you're satisfied with the setup, activate the Zap to start the automation process.
